It is often said that “Those who fail to learn from history, are doomed to repeat it“. In 2024 it is clear that this situation still applies. As the USA presidential elections rolls nearer and the talk of democracy being under threat being mentioned, it’s important that we look back in history regarding threats to past democracies and analyse common traits.
Those that have past tried to undermine the public for their own autocratic use share a number of common, medical and personality characteristic personalities. Here is a list of just a few of them. Most we will all recognise.

Those that all past threatened public freedoms, the people’s right to speak, the publics right to books, the public’s right to vote and more, possessed much of all the above. When scientists, high educated and high medical experienced people, along with academic professionals didn’t go along with all this questionable crap by autocrats, they were then lower re-categorised and deliberate rubbished.
